Everyone scores in that league. I am not going to lose sleep over not picking someone till they do it in the NHL
- TPC

I was going to say something similar. That league is not very indicative of scoring translation to the NHL unless you are top 5. Which means you will be scoring near 120 pts a season.

I know bud. Ill never forget the look of excitement he had at the draft, and so I cant not have faith in the pick. Its just like…. COME ON DAMMIT! We need a center!

I cant even fault it, it would be one thing if in this video we saw them debating whether to take Lapierre or Schneider

fact is, if they traded up to 15 they would have taken Schneider, Lapierre wasn't even a thought in their minds

they just better be right that's all

I just ask for 2 things going forward

Can we please play Kratsov

Can we please ride Shesty

It's not asking for that much

- TPC

I actually like the fact Kinkaid has been decent enough that we can give Shesty a spell and I'm not overly concerned. Kinkaid might be playing his way to be a serious consideration for the expansion draft, which would be a giant blessing in disguise if that came to fruition. Seattle has to take 2 goalies.

Who do you think claims Ghost today?

I think Buffalo wins him but I see Florida and a team out west putting in claim also

It's just clear to me how much more confident the team plays with Shesty in net. I really just want to see what they can do over the next 10 games if he is playing at least 8 of them

When he is making those saves to keep the team in it like he has since he returned, how can you not build confidence.
That's the Shesty that we see as the future number 1.

I do see a flare for dramatics in him ala Patrick Roy style when making glove saves.
Also, want to see Shesty pull this.

I keep replaying in my mind the pass he made a couple games ago from the corner to the left of his net all the way to the winger at the far blue line on the right side!!
Never seen a goalie do that before.

Its funny, re-watching that video the entire room wanted Schneider. There wasn't even one person saying anyone else's name. Like you said --- they better be proven right!

All I want for him is like Roy, telling someone he can't hear them with Stanley Cups clogging his ears.

Its just crazy how are we gonna fit all these guys in. Lol. The excitement for Schneider, to me, means Lundkvist’s potential future with the team has an expiration date.

The Rangers simply have to transform our young defensive depth and turn it into a young quality center to complete the rebuild.

I think Fox could be a goalie at the NHL level if he wanted to!!

I cant help but keep looking up Hendrix Lapierre to see what we passed on. The kid has 8g 22a in 19 games in the Q. Smh.

He’s also had a bunch of concussions already

He should win the Vezina just for those saves he made during the empty net shift.

Yeah, it really has to be done. I just took a look at our depth chart. It really is ridiculous!! In a great, great way. Remember when the cupboard was bare????

Also noticed the crazy fact that right now, we only have 8 players on the roster making over $1M, and that includes Georgie who is in and out.

The staggered way the contracts are gonna come off and on the books make it possible for us to retain mostly everyone over the next 5-6 years. If we make the blockbuster move everyone is expecting in the offseason, then we may lose a couple guys.

Sacrifices will have to be made with this number of young talent vying for an NHL spot. Several of us are going to cry when their favorite prospect gets moved. Book it.

there are a lot of Ranger fans who won't even consider trading Lundkvist

I dont include myself in that, I just want a hell of a deal for him

you know, like Alex Turcotte or Marco Rossi, nothing too crazy

It would have to be highway robbery for me to get on board with trading Nils. You know what's better than Adam Fox? Two Adam Foxes

Either of the guys you've mentioned would be good returns and I could get on board. Turcotte over Rossi, though.
