Ya AJFA is a great album probably their last greatest one. Black album yielded some good tracks but overall a sellout album for the radio. When 'One' took off on the radio kind of knew it was coming with the next album.

But man AJFA may have been one of the first CD's I ever had as an 18 year old lol. Iron Maiden's Seventh Son was another. Had this on the headphones almost every single night for weeks. Outstanding.

I don’t know Minivan, it’s not like Bettmanhatestruth said he was hearing voices or anything like that.

I know I posted this yesterday or the day previous, but regardless if we agree with others that view this pandemic as the common flu or not, they have the right to their opinions.

There are several that post their beliefs that side with the majority of world doctors, world scientists and world virologists.

Why do we have to try and stifle individuals that believe Bill Gates has convinced the entire world leaders to mass inject a damaging virus to wipe out the majority of the worlds population.

I mean it could be plausible that these individuals are far more in tune to a worldwide conspiracy. They may not be employed in the virologist field, studying the virus and it's variants. But they do have internet and google search in Prince George or Red Deer or Yaletown and possibly have uncovered damaging information before Bill Gates had the time to censor the internet.

Just saying is all...🤔🤷‍♂️

Honestly, as has been the case, because these types of unfounded internet conspiracy theories spread far and create actual damage in the real world. They stoke racism, sow distrust in legitimate science, and have caused people to die – especially the case when some presidents believe into these things.

Now, it's early, and I might be misreading the sarcasm your post is basted in... but (frank) it.

Yup, it’s true. But the sentence “once you awake you can never go back” or whatever the hell he said means that no further learning can take place, only reinforcing existing opinions. They sound like zealots and generally I just skip past but those posts were in response to something I said, and this is a discussion space no?

Have a great day!

I love the “they sold out” narrative. It’s never about how people change, learn, grow as musicians. Or how doing the same thing you did when you were young is much more difficult as you get older.

I get it, people like the stuff full of passion and raw energy. My favorite album is the live one they did in San Francisco with the philharmonic orchestra.

There are some great tracks on it to be sure. Sad but true as well as Wherever I may Roam. Enter Sandman is what it is even Bob Rock has commented that the track was made for radio. But regardless of selling out to get on the radio you can't really fault them for that, Arena Rock was dying a quick death in the late 80's and early 90's so they did what they needed to do to stay relevant. I do like Nothing Else Matters and Unforgiven too as I play them on the acoustic a lot. More radio tracks but better in the nature that Enter Sandman was. Really...only half the album was a sellout technically lol
