Wheeler could be out for a bit. Another member of the Tkachuk family to thank for that. Good hockey players but dirty as they come.

It is kind of sad when other teams have 4 articles in the span of our 1 article every 7-10 days...

I realize that he does not live in Wpg, but his articles have the same content that we have already seen in the local papers.

The 4th line is actually a +3. Combining for each player all season is nonsense. They don’t play enough for it to mean anything after like 10 games anyway.

So who are you favourite D options that could be acquired at the deadline, while not having to give up a massive prospect, or a pick in the first 2 rounds?

I like Gustafson, Vatanen, and DeAngelo. DeAngelo being the only one that shoots Right. I feel these guys can been grabbed at a steal, and all have had great seasons playing on the right side. I would hate to see another 1st spent on a rental when these guys could bring the offensive spark that JoMo desperately needs.

Savard or Manson would be my picks. Not real news here as just about any team would want them

And Kulikov, have heard he's been solid for the Devils, any truth to that bikeguy99?

Murray's the guy I think they should trade for, a 3rd round pick should be enough, throw in a 5th if retention is required.

I have assumed he has been a target of the Jets, was curious what bike guy had to say

Ryan Murray might be a real good option. Better if he was LH, but could work.

In this Expansion Draft year might be better to bring in a rental like. Murray. Have to pay too big a price for players with term - and then lose them or another player you want to keep.

Despite having just said that, at the top of my list: (IF available)
- David Savard
- J. Oleksiak
- R. Ristolainen
- B. Montour
- C. Parayko (???)
- H. Lindholm
- M. Ekholm
- J. Klingberg (??? - ok, extremely iffy))
- J. Manson

But really, don't expect the Jets to make a big splash. Probably, if anyone, guys like S. Vatanen, J. Demrs, M. Stone, E. Gustafsson, J. Benn, T. Hamonic or M. Reilly. Benn might be a stro9ng possibility. Add in Kulikov who the Jets know and liked.

In other words, expecting just a depth d-man. Surprised otherwise!

Some teams don’t even have bloggers on this site.

I am grateful that we have at least one to comment on.
