I'm not a big fan of Nylander by any means, and he did score a nice opportunistic goal tonight.... but man, please tell me what else he did or when you noticed him during the game otherwise?

Ullmarks is pretty awful... Dubnyk or someone else please - BorjeFan4Ever
I can't trust a buffalo goalie. Dubnyk would be better but he has a modified NTC. Maybe he doesn't have the leafs on it.

It was a joke for god sakes slow your roll. - Cush29
Yeah, didn't read like one at all.
My point still stands. Ander5en doesn't magically become competent in retrospect if Campbell proves to be a bad starter also. He was poop. He has been poop more than a year now.
There will be no "told you so". There will be no "see, it is the team's fault". The Leafs are playing as well as anyone else is. Ander5en was sh1t, and Campbell has let in his fair share of softies once the pressure of being starter is on him also.

Yeah, something tells me that something was said to him, or by him, and we may have seen the last of him.
So, they better have a plan B. - Aetherial
If he’s not injured, there’s no way he agrees to a fake LTIR going into free agency when his play hasn’t been great. He’s wants to play his way into a good contract somewhere. |

How come the leafs take so much poop for their salary cap with their 4 forwards but yet the Sharks have 3 dmen signed to 26.5 million all 30+ years of age. This ain't looking good for them. |

Unless the option is sitting on the bench and in the press-box, healthy, going into UFA.
Better to be "injured" I would think, from his perspective.

I’m always baffled by the multiple and often drastically different viewpoints people have while watching the exact same game.

I would too, that said, I would pick Sarin over Polonium if I had a choice. There are other possible choices here.

But I'm unsure if you're agreeing with me or not?

Well, I was hoping we wouldn't hear any more about it, but it wasn't me who started the Campbell/Ander5en comments. So I guess some butthurt Andersen wives aren't letting this go.
Sounds like some people just can't (frank)ing wait for Campbell to fail because they were forced to admit that Ander5en was poop and they were wrong.
Trust me, if Campbell lets in a softie or two every game for a (frank)ing year and throws away a one-goal deciding game, I will be the first one to criticize him.

There aren’t though for the rest if the year. Trading Andersen isn’t feasible. |

I never thought that would be the stance anyone would take, not me at least 🤷♂️
The Leafs defensively are (still) far too Jekyll & Hyde for me and have been all year, they need to tighten that up and it might require adding someone. Do you feel that the Leafs are defensively as good as the other league leaders?

Weird take considering he had the puck a lot, bringing it out of the zone and creating scoring chances, if someone was watching the game they it would have been impossible not to see him. |
