I really wanted a split with the Isles on these two...so another win would be just gravy. I think the Isles are going to be extra determined to win this one this eve. We'll see what happens.

We will definitely see a more determined Isles team. I have a feeling this will be a “weathering the storm” type of game and hope the Pens can keep the game tight.

I didn’t think the Pens would win either game again them and with Boston losing yesterday it’s just bonus stuff all around.

For the people who want to trade Pettersson, I think it would be smarter to just go for a different defenseman rather than get a forward and trust who knows who to play second pair.

Or just keep Pettersson for now because he's fine.

- Tojo.

Yea we'll only be able to get a Glendening type player for the 4th line. But I'm ok making a shutdown 4th line.

Zuck-Blue-Rod/Tanev/Trade?
ZAR-Glen-Rod/Tanev/Trade?

Edit:Or see how Gaudreau keeps doing up until the deadline.

So changing it up again haha. I guess with no trades:
Guentz-Sid-Rust
McCann-Geno-Kap
Zuck-Blue-Tanev
ZAR-Gaudreau-Rod

Would still like to add a third line forward if possible though. Maybe Dzingle? Ryan if not hurt?

I just don't want Matheson anywhere near the top 4.

Weird. I've heard nothing but great feedback. Our pro shops actually use them themselves.

I dont know... can he play the right side? When everyone are healthy where does he slot in? That's a big contract for someone who is going to be hard pressed to get minutes at their natural position.

What about Dylan Strome in Chicago? He has been up and down and Chicago has some other good up and coming guys. I think he could be a great 3C for the Pens.

They also have Zadorov who I also like (and I expect Burke would also).

Strome and Zadorov for Petterson and ???.
