I mean, it wasnt targeting the head. Rooney was off balance. Oshie didnt leave his feet. There was nothing particularly dirty about that hit other than it looking a lot worse than it was because Rooney wasnt upright.

The hit wasnt high. Oshie never made a move to go out of his way to hit him in the head. If Rooney wasnt clipped up by Orlov, Oshie's hit would have been right in Rooney's chest. I dont care how good a hockey player you are, you cant make that adjustment in fractions of a second.

A lot of that has to do with them being matched up so often with the other teams top lines.

Honestly, Chytil, as the center of this line, has to do a better job of maintaining the zone. Unfortunately, this isnt his game. Hes not a possession guy, hes not much of an imposing presence when with the puck.

I always try to watch LAF as much as I can to see whats going on there. I honestly cant say hes doing anything wrong. Hes usually making the right pass or play and not over thinking things. The problem is once that puck is on Chytil's stick, theres no telling what will happen.
