It’s a shame but Buch looks to be the odd man out bc of the cap. Panarin Laf Kakko Kreider Kravtsov, one top 9 spot left for Buch Chytil Barron. If the plan is to put Chytil on the wing and Barron as the 3C, we’ll get more in a trade from Buch than we will from Chytil. Also much cheaper cap.

Chytil is still young and might turn it around if he trains hard this off season on taking faceoffs. Not calling him a bust, but I'd rather have Buch over Chytil at this point.
Yeah, Buch will bring much more back than Chytil.

If they intended Chytil to be a center he should be taking faceoffs by now, think he's been back long enough. Agree they don't trust him at the dot.

Well, he's taken 35 draws in his last 5 games. Problem is he's only won 11 of them.

So Canada decreased their quarantine time from 14 to 7 days. Wonder if that helps us see more trades at the deadline

That is terribly unreliable as a center. He has to get some kind of training all of season for this or he will not be used during critical situations and his ice time will be reduce, which then can hurt his effectiveness on the team.
