Too much ego? - Fenrir
Well, taking a 1 year deal being a prized free agent doesn’t make it seem like he wants to settle in and build anything. |

There is so much hate for Strome on HB - I am officially on the I Love Strome bandwagon. He has done it without Panarin this year. He is a very nice 2nd line center. We are not far away boys!! |

I was going to post something similar. If last year and this year we’re full seasons he’d be on pace for back to back 65+ pt seasons. How much more can we ask from the guy. |

The football video was the first I watched and thought it was real on the first viewing, so that wins it for me. |

Welcome aboard the Strome Train. Pretty sure me ad Beandip were the only two hanging on.
Screw TPC. |

Serious question.
Knobby has this team clearly playing looser than under Quinn. Does Quinn take something from these games and work with him or go back to his style? |

You’d have to think he’s learning something. I don’t think it’s coincidence they look like a different team out there. Could also be that Zib started getting going right when Knobby took over but they look much more relaxed. |

Quinn has to be looking over his shoulder wouldn’t you think? They have responded very well to a new voice. It’s not just about the game plan
Very happy for Kakko. These kids are gonna put it all together eventually, patience fellas |

I think before we commit to Strome long term we need to get a young 3C in here and see what he can do. I like Kupari from LA, let’s say Kupari and a 2nd for Buch.
Panarin Strome Kakko
Laf Zib Chytil
Kreider Kupari Kravtsov
That’s a matchup nightmare for teams. |

The need for center seems to be lessening. I’m pretty shocked to say that Strome may be winning me over too |

I never understood the hate for him. We got him for Ryan Spooner who played 19 more games before he was out of the league. All he’s done since he’s been here is get better and produce. Not to mention he seems like an underrated leader on that team. |

Anderson -Dolan has been playing well as a 21 year old 3rd C for LA... |

Quinn should get a couple practices in to return to game shape |

Wait… I got chastized after the Flyers win for suggesting that maybe Knoblouch had a hand in the blow out win. Albeit probably minor. So now.. 4 games later (all of which should have been wins, Caps loss was bs) were saying what I suggested right away. Smh. |
|
|
|
Interesting that Knoblach said it was time to put Kakko up with Strome and Panarin and he made the decision in game. Something I think we’ve all been calling for for a while, hopefully Quinn keeps it that way when he’s back. |

I think it's more of "would the real Ryan Stroke please stand up". He was chased out of two? Organizations for not performing. Did it really click for him as an NYR or was it all breadman? So it becomes is he worth what he'll cost his next contract OR will he just ger his typical NY payday and then disappointed |

I think thats the major concern. Do we want to be the team that pays him? Personally, for what it would cost to keep him Im very apprehensive. For that money Id try to get someone a couple years younger with a more well rounded game. |
