100%. They gave the Flyers all the time and room to get their game together for forty mins. Hopefully the third reminded them they can play hockey.

You also wanted Barry fired and Lou canned not too long ago. Added to my original post. This was a team loss due to non effort for 40 minutes not just Mayfield.
They aren’t going to be perfect. Some nights are going to be tough. Need to get back to playing their game and get back to win I g Saturday night.

I'm not a Mayfield hater. For his cap hit, he's ok. It would be difficult to upgrade for that size money. I just think he's a 3rd pairing guy, not someone that should be out there with the game on the line. I'm not saying Barry has better alternatives either.

Barzal has anger issues. He is always looking at the refs for a call. And when he doesn't get the call he gets mad and takes a stupid penalty

I'm definitely losing patience with him. I was huge on the kid coming out of college but it almost seems as though he has regressed. His puck management has been awful. Maybe they're just asking too much of him, but that would be a spot to consider upgrading

I agree but that all started with him icing the puck meaninglessly. With that said he’s a third pairing guy with a good salary but he has been having a bad season even for him this year...
