Since last season, #Canucks are +28 with Pettersson on the ice at 5v5. When he's not on the ice? VAN's been outscored by 44 at 5v5 after Wednesday's loss

Ya that was written about on the Athletic this morning in regards to the best and worst first lines in the league (I'm not sure if you subscribe to them or not..?)

"One of the strangest teams on this list is the Canucks. Their first-line is the only one in the league to be scoring four goals per hour offensively but they’re also the second most permissive top line defensively. Pettersson’s line is still driving a positive goal differential but the margin they’re doing it at is a far cry from last year where they outscored opponents by a whopping 26 at five-on-five. The year-over-year decline at the apex of the lineup is definitely one of the reasons the club has taken a step back this year. Their bigger issue, however, is that the Canucks are essentially a one-line team. Just look at Vancouver’s five-on-five results with and without Pettersson on the ice since 2019-20."

Psh, you guys still believe that government lie? Do some research while I find you some music videos that rap about it

I hate the time change and can’t wait until they abolish it. But I’m looking forward to your rap impression of daylight savings!

Is it just me or did Wasup break page 8 with his Bolduc fight video? It won't let me scroll past the video and now we are onto page 9.

Sutter would turn him into the 30 goal scorer, we had always dreamt he would become.

Makes sense, Other than the first line, the rest of the team is having an extremely poor season.

Makes me wonder why JB has talked about extending Pearson. He's half of what he had last season.

Last season, you couldn't just key on the first line only. Other lines would step up once in a while. This year all the secondary scoring has been absent since the start.

JB should be selling soon and calling up players to get them games in preparation for next season.

Yes, he should. Past performance suggests he won’t...he’ll hold out hope until he runs out of time.

I want to believe he knows that some of his past draft picks have had time to develop and are close to ready.

Depends on Green though.

A Tale of Two Franchises:

Tampa Bay is a league-best 9-2-1 when opponents score first.

Vancouver is an NHL-worst 1-14-0 when giving up the first goal (11-2-2 when they open the scoring!)
