Honestly I’m even in favor of ending in a tie over a shoot out. They’re a garbage way to end a game, they’re not fun, and are just stressful.

I was thinking the same. If a team can't score in 10 minutes of 3v3 they shouldn't be allowed in the league.

All the 5 teams in the metro that are fighting for the playoff spots have 10 losses. Islanders, Caps and Bruins are all 6L 4OTL, Flyers 7L 3OTL then there's the Pens (frank)ing 9L 1 OTL

As an American I’ve been conditioned to think ties are just the worst thing ever, but ever since I started following soccer I’ve become way more cool with them. Much prefer a game end in a tie than a shootout. Continuous OT or allow ties.

All the 5 teams in the metro that are fighting for the playoff spots have 10 losses. Islanders, Caps and Bruins are all 6L 4OTL, Flyers 7L 3OTL then there's the Pens (frank)ing 9L 1 OTL

Yes haha. Honestly it should go. 2 points for regulation win and 1 point for OT win. Losing at any point nothing. I think that would push for more regulation wins.

If you look at the standings the Caps and Isles are basically ahead of Pens because of 3 loser points.. With the Isles having one more GP/W than the Pens.

I still love the 3v3. Although Buffalo should never be allowed to participate in another 3v3 from what I saw tonight.
