Does Marner get benched for that pass at the blue line that sealed the Canucks win?

He needs to be consistent

That was a nothing loss... just a couple of brain cramps by Mithchy bored out of his mind having to play Nucks again.

Couple days after blowing the doors off McJesus and Oil w/o 34 Leafs were bound to go through the motions ...

Play a real threat again and Leafs will ramp it back up and be where they need to be intensity wise...

Why would you play Nylander at C? He's a much better winger.

His defensive game is way overrated IMO. His back check was lazy on the Nucks breakaway during leafs PP. He looked tired then stayed on because w3 had a PP. tThe fly by at the point on the PK was brutal. Then he finally got burnt on his giveaway that led to the 3rd goal.

He scores 90 points a season so people turn a blind eye.

Mm is pretty good defensively.
He makes his mistakes, but overall pretty good.
