I have multiple tvs and 3 PC monitors in my office, so it is possible. I don't trust people who think they can multitask because most of the time when they talk they are full of poop. A person can't physically watch a game and do another activity, they are only listening to cues from the announcers so they miss most of the game.

Yup Got dual screens on my Gaming PC. Actually got my TV on a wall mount connected as the 2nd screen and I stream games off that while I game
