Take a look at the 2nd screenshot (the one where Wilson's gloves are about to make contact with Carlo's head). He hasn't made contact with Carlo's chest at that point...the gloves to the head followed by the rest of his weight is the principal point of contact.

Not only is it a dirty hit but completely reckless. Beating a dead horse at this stage but they need to do something about this guy before he literally kills someone.

100% agreed. This was a predatory hit and it couldn’t be more clear the head was targeted. He should be suspended the rest of the season and the playoffs for exactly the reasons you stated imo. How can the league possibly side step this one? I like hits, fighting, etc I’m not a fan looking for the pussification of the league but not sure what the league is doing or waiting for if they don’t throw the book at this guy? Another player to get paralyzed or killed?

To be honest, I don't see how he should get suspended.

Carlo had the puck so no interference, and the principle point of contact seemed to be the upper chest. His shoulder glanced off his chin but that clearly wasn't where he was going for.

Seems his principle point of contact is always a glancing blow prior to solid contact with where he was truly aiming.

He’s not defending a predator it’s the rules in the nhl that are setup for this poop. Oshie and Gallagher had predatory hits and it was okey dokey, I knew he’d get an in person hearing because it’s Boston. Tavares got sucker punched by Chara and it was okey dokey
