For a single glass? I stopped drinking. Maybe will try it if having a glass if put for dinner or something but I literally get a headache before finishing a glass.

I may have bigger headache issues anyway. Had MRI - nothing (not that there’s nothing in there but, you know). Will try neck X-ray. I have headaches 20 days a month

Try a chiropractor. My cousin got regular migraines until he started getting treated by one. After awhile he went less and less but he's still mostly headache free and less intense.
