I do want to clarify, I think the Carlo hit is super poopty. But that's not a twenty game suspension. I do think it warrants something though. I still don't think he was trying to injur him necessarily. Wilson is a big mother (frank)er. He should have realized by now he needs to hold up sometimes. I think his priority is to always finish a play as hard as possible. "If he dies, he dies" seems to be his mantra.

You guys do have some validity with regards to what to do with Wilson. Clearly whatever discipline he's received has not been taken seriously. I'm kind of at a loss honestly if you're looking at his career as a whole. He's quite skilled and is a rare combination of skill, size and speed. Maybe it's time to stop obliterating other players with no regard for anything else.

Power forwards like Wilson are at a premium in NHL. Every team in NHL would kill to have him on their team. Does he go over the line too much?....Yes. Does that overshadow his effectiveness? Hell no...it actually enhances it.
