Returns are so easy and the credits are done in 2 days. We called about a lamp because the finial holding the lamp shade did not fit correctly. They sent us a new lamp next day, and just last week we received a new finial...wth?

Amazon is a customer of ours - CTC, Costco and Walmart are much tougher to deal with.

I bought a 75" Sony. I didn't like it so I returned to Costco.

They had to make sure it was the same serial number as on the box so me and another guy had to half-unpack the thing in the store... other than that, no problem

Bought the 65" LG OLED, have not regretted that choice

Yep, back page deals with suppliers cover all of that. Logistics are key. For direct to consumer deals, consumers can return at will. They can use the product for a weekend and return it. The key is how your contract is set up. On any returns, Costco will want to apply a debit for freight out and freight back...which can be more than the the profit on the sale, and that’s on top of the credit for the goods. You have to be careful.
