Seeing how well these old guys are playing and helping the team, I’m wondering if the leafs should go after an old vet for the playoff run.

If they can make the salary work I’d go after getzlaf to play 3C. If anaheim retains half his salary he would look pretty good on this team.

It would probably just be a playoff thing then he can return to anaheim in the summer and sign his retirement contract.

I don't want to bombshell you on food history because I went down that rabbit hole. Suffice to say, food isn't real, it never came from anywhere, nobody made it, there are no traditions, we are all lying frauds.

So it is almost 50% of the season done in the North division. Division with most games played.

Any other year and the media and some fans would already be saying the team sucks and needs fixing. When they are winning I constantly hear "lots of season left."

Leafs will have some time off with the 14 quarantine of said player and would only miss around 5 games or so.

I think the only move upfront is if you can get a rental improvement on Kerfoot for the second line. Move Kerfoot back to the third line with Hyman and Mik and make up a fourth with Spezza, Simmonds and Engvall or whoever
