So a fourth liner with 9 points is as good as a first liner worth 20? Do agents know this? - Canada Cup

Anyone notice Kerfoot has been better than Kadri this season. - RogerRoeper
he's been imo a good fit on the Tavares line. |

No. Because it's completely untrue. - Monkeypunk
Kadri with 15 points and looking bad defensively-Great! Tavares 21 points and brillinat defensively, he's done.. Both are 30 |

exactly... and its not that Kerfoot has been "bad" - he hasn't
but its not much of stretch to see him as a liability as a 3rd center, he's simply too small and not great in the faceoff circle.
once the "WayneTrain" returns... where do you think he goes? I guessing beside Tavares... and no one in their right mind would break up the current 3rd line... - BorjeFan4Ever
I think he is pretty good on the 2nd line as the LW. He also holds his head above water as the 3C but Engvall has looked better. Not because he is better but he is just a much better fit next to Hyman and Mikheyev.
Kerfoot is a good player and is worth his cap hit but he isn't exactly what we want at 2LW or 3C.
Staal intriges me, I wonder if he could play well with those two. We know Buffalo wanted Kerfoot in a Risto deal. |

I know but this is the best Leafs team since 67. I hear way too much about OMG Hyman is leaving! Rielly UFA in 2 years, expansion draft!
No one is leaving that Dubas wants to keep. We are the (frank)ing Toronto Maple Leafs. This is the place to be. You are treated like a king. - RogerRoeper
Independent contractors whose contracts are coming up. They will consider many factors but I'm not sure royalty will be high on the list. There's lots of reasons to stay but only so much $ to go around. And Hyman has a rich dad doesn't cut it. |

Let’s not get too carried away, getting out shot and out attempted usually doesn’t equate to brilliant defensive play. |

I think Montreal will be the team to turn it around. Specifically, I think we will see the old Price back again. - Aetherial
If Price is on his game, I don't want to play the Habs |

I've heard this over and over "Cap hell" everyone's leaving, yet they never do. Leafs will save $ in goaltending next year to pay him. Bye bye average Freddy. |

Datsyuk was maybe the most underrated player ever.
In his prime, he may have been one ">" over Matthews at this stage of Matthews' career.
Your statement, again, is just willful stupidity. - Aetherial
Datsyuk was screwed by Mike Babcocks' insane player usage. Check out him and Zetterberg's TOI.
Wings should have won more cups.
It's so funny Babs plays his stars over 20+ minutes 1 single year and he wins the cup and decides "Nah I'm good" and reverts back to his old ways (2007-08 both played the most ever) |

Hyman is an entrepreneur, he has several businesses and mainly his gaming company has really taken off.
Nobody is saying he will take less but his partners are located in Toronto for his E11 gaming company. He has other sources of income and if he has a strong desire to stay in Toronto he will simply have to take less to do it. So of course there is a chance he takes less to stay here. |
