If Campbell was healthy and ready I'd have started him (Campbell) tonight 100% for the reason you have noted in the first part of your post without question (and I'm a fan of Red Head Fred). Easy to explain in the press without actually saying that's the reason "we want to give Fred one more day of rest" but I'd have Freddy dress as the back up.

Being that the option is to start Woll or Hutch I think I'd start Fred if he's ready to go. If he can play a good game I think he gives you the chance you need to win and he's your starter so should you be sheltering him really in case the really strong team plays a strong offensive game? You need to have him able to do that come playoffs anyway if he's your starter.

I mean I'd be worried that you just got a surprising performance from Hutch where he was very good and you run the risk of not only crushing his delicate confidence (I think he has some real confidence issues) but also that you may just be going to the well one too many times looking for a wishing well bucket of gold coins but likely setting yourself up to pull up a bucket of cow poop.

My 2 cents.
