3 out of the last 4 coaches have had less than a season of NHL coaching experience. The only one with experience was Disco Dan who is an assistant in Detroit now..... I rest my case

Krueger's problem is he doesn't understand the game today. The better teams all play an aggressive style while he is stuck on the old defensive style. That style may work for sucky teams with not a lot of skill, but it doesn't with a team full of skill players. The fact he is not taking advantage of our speed and playing a more offensive system is unfathomable. I can't believe I see our players skating away from a loose puck to get in the "right" position instead of going and getting the puck. If Jack is frustrated with this team, that is why. He keeps getting stuck with poopty coaches who play a boring defensive style that only poop teams play. Plus, goaltending has not been issue. As far as Ullmark. He is among the league leaders in all the goalie categories except for wins. Bottom line is this coach needs to be fired. Who would have thought going into the season with eichel, hall, reinhart, olaufsson, skinner, middlestadt, couzins, and staal in your top 8 the sabres would be this bad offensively. Only a coach and his system can kill players like these.

With Gallant and Julien doing nothing, it is time to bust a move.

OR, we will trade you Nico Hischier, Lindy Ruff and dinner for 2 at Hobby's Deli for Jack Eichel and breakfast for 4 at LeRoy's No Finer Diner.

What are we waiting for Pegula?...pull the trigger and get rid of Krueger since even their star player Eichel now has no confidence. What kind of coach does that to a $10 million dollar player? WTF!!! Krueger is a fast-talking hustler and the Pegulas fell for it. There are some really good coaches on the market now so get one because the season is over with Krueger as the proof is in the pudding.

1) have mail order bride stay out of day to day operations of team
2) for gods sake get rid of the soccer coach

Fire Krueger. Tell Kim she has less than zero say in anything.
Hire Gallant. Give him the rest of the season to kick the players in the ass or they make major off-season moves.

Ecklund, I am absolutely BEGGING you to use your contacts and to research the real cancer of the Buffalo Sabres- KIM PEGULA! Why does NO ONE talk about this at all?! Tom Golisano ran this team on a tight, pretty far under the cap budget, and they went to 2 straight eastern conference finals. The real issue here is that REAL hockey minds want NOTHING to do with Buffalo...because of HER. Do you think the Sabres had a real chance at Babcock a few years ago?! He got one look at that mess and walked away. How about Pat Lofontaine getting hired, and then leaving only months later. Why was that never investigated more. The issue here lies with Kim Pegula having absolutely NO CLUE what she is doing running a professional sports franchise. And let me say that has nothing to do with her being a woman, she just doesn't know hockey or what she is doing. We've had far too many coaches and players in the last decade and have been ignoring the real issue. If you look at this current roster, it's not lack of talent anymore. it's a mismanaged franchise EVERY YEAR, and it is because no true hockey mind wants to be in Buffalo and work for her. We are digging from the scraps with every coaching hire, and every GM hire. I don't think Babcock will risk what is left of his reputation on the mess that is the Sabres.

He will continue to collect his payments from the Leafs, and will probably only return to a team that has an owner, and GM that he fully trust, and a team he feels is good enough to restore his reputation. I don't think Buffalo checks all the boxes.

Same here. I thought they might compete for a playoff spot. They would really have to catch fire to do that now. I have no idea what they will do but you would have to think the good money is on something rather drastic and foolish considering their past. If they trade Eichel then how do they not sell that as a rebuild? I feel bad for Buffalo fans. Their team just can't make any progress. I'd like to see them win a Cup but they still seem far off.

Buffalo needs a new GM, but I would try to bring in Gerard Gallant as head coach. Look at what he did for an expansion team.

I make no excuses for this team, But IMO (I watch every single Sabres Game) Jack has been hurt and hurt all year. He would always drive the net and use his speed on the outside, This year he is a perimeter player with a visible lack of speed, and he is just entering in his prime years.

The organization is rotten from the core, going back 25 years. Ownership is not the only problem, but they have made it worse. The only solution is sell the team, and have the new owner clean out every aspect of the organization.

Kim Pegula is not the problem, giving up 3 goals a game and only scoring 2.13 goals a game on average is.

Coming out of the Lockout, Buffalo was picked by EVERYONE to finish last. Because the rules changed (obstruction, Hooking, Slashing) there were a shat Ton more penalties called so the Small FAST teams benefited greatly which is exactly what Darcy built (whether on accident or not, I lean towards accidental greatness with Darcy building that team)

Pat Lafontaine did the exact same thing in Long Island took is ball and went home.

Lastly, the last time i checked, Kim Pegula does strap on skates, Is not the GM and is not the coach.

I fault them for not addressing the Shat show publicly, but I don't totally blame them for this mess.

they went out and got a Stanley Cup winning coach In disco Dan, they went out and got the hot up and coming GM in Murray, They then got another HOT name coach in Housley and GM in Botterill, Everyone raved and those moves and they did not work out, hell they ever tried to get Babcock. They are trying to find the right combo..

For me, they are missing a True Hickey Mind like a Rick Dudley, if you want to go younger, Mark Messier as President of Hockey ops. Someone who has won cups, can relate to players.
