I think Bovquist has been much better since coming back from COVID. I remember in the OT against Columbus, Laine having him one on one and Bovquist stripping the puck away from him. - LAHawk
He's still a bust. |

I could be wrong but I think Delia is done playing here. When he's had the chance to play he was "ok"... Made the stops he needed to make but didn't make the stops to keep his team close or in the lead in a game. Package him with anyone else and get what you can. With Lanks and Subban playing extremely well it's gonna be hard for Delia to get into a game. Now Subban has looked really good his last couple of starts give him some more games and see how he responds. At the beginning of the season my concerns were the goalie and defenseman position who would have thought that these two positions are probably one of the better strengths that this team has currently moving forward with reinforcements on the way. Future is looking bright I got to wear shades... - BGKarras
Delia was a good news story, but he hasn't shown that he can be a consistent NHL netminder. He's an AHL goalie, at best his a tweener that gets called up as a backup if the big clubs netminders get hurt.
There's just no rational argument to play Delia over Lankinen or Subban.

This guy is still better than the douche canoe Preds fan that pops in every now and then. But he hasn't been around too much this season for some reason.

Preds up 2-1 on da Jackets. Not sure who I want to win. Jackets lose great for us....but Preds lose kinda ok too. Just hope no overtime. Don't want a 3 point game... |

Hmmm...wonder why? Yeah even though this guy's a Blue fan he's got a great avi and handle...minus the Blues part of course cause no droog would actually ever be a Blues fan. |

The Nashville announcers are so bad. They have such gems as "The Preds are playing some hockey today.."

Well. They left the jackets with zero pts....so they good for something anyway.
Final score...Preds 2, Jackets 1

Okay Chicago has more cups than the blues. Cardinals have more championships than the cubbies and sox put together đź‘Ť - BluesDroogie
St Louis a one team town
Downtown St Louis still a hell hole unsafe?
Blues Capitol is Chicago, not St Louis
I had more respect for Cardinals until they tried to buy a pennant by trading for Arenado. Hopefully Rockies get many prospects to avenge Arenado being stripped away. Cardinals have a productive farm system which bails them out when team falls back |

In former Blackhawk player news, due to injury or covid or whatever it is, BOTH Gus and Ghost playing on same blueline. Today though I noticed Ghost 20 TOI and Gus 13:56 TOI. Hmmm... |

Here is an interesting bet choice to call:
Which Tkachuk brother finishes with more goals this season. Both scored today as their teams squared off.
M Tkachuk #7 goal. B Tkachuk #9 goal |

Edm vsTor...should be a good, high-scoring game. Probably end up 1-0 |

St. Louis is more than just a baseball town
Yes downtown St. Louis is a hell hole
Not every team can be afforded the luxury of sucking ass for over 100 years
Isn’t that what farm teams do? Help out the big league team. Sorry I guess cub fans wouldn’t know about that |

Watching Kahun on Draisaitl's line, I have to ask, who has scouted Europe better than the Hawks over the last 6 years? Panarin, Kahun, Kubalik (acquired via trade, but they went after him), and now Suter. Add that to some of their lower round draft picks, and we'd have to be top 3. Maybe Stan does have a clue. |

Gas Light? Santoro’s on the Hill delivering to Washington U.? Tony’s and Al’s? Tack Room at the Chase Park Plaza (where all of the sports teams stayed back in the day)?
St. Louis was a good town in the 60s. |

No way is subban vying for the number one spot in net. Lankinen has been great all year, despite being hung out to dry on a few occasions. Sub an played well he is last start... that’s about it. Please don’t intimate or start any rumor that there’s some sort of goalie controversy because there clearly isn’t. |

Agree about some subpar defense in front of Lanky the past couple of starts but nothing wrong with 2 goalies who can carry the load. |
