Watching Fox is a treat. Could of given up a first for him and that would of been a good deal for the rangers

Call me crazy but with the line up they had, I didn't think they were that bad. Showed some fight, could have folded it up after 3-1
- mdw7413

Yea if they didn’t shoot themself in the foot with bad turnovers and dumb penalties they might win that game

Nah, just a tough loss. Had some fire tonight for sure, especially Foxand Kreider (obviously).
Despite missing some key players I thought they played well for the most part. When Kreider's head pops out of his ass he is awesome. Zib should round back into proper form by game 46, last season he would have put those two away, but at least he is progressing.
At least Johnson threw a timely hit.

They leveled off, but I think a lot of it was that the Flyers are not quite themselves either.

Well hopefully this is the start of Kreids going on a tear

Its so weird how they all can't play well at the same time. Buch was good, no one else was. Kreider is good Buch sucks now..

My little league coach was tough. Big ass Italian. He would not be a coach today
- mdw7413

I don't think any of our LL coaches would fly today.

Did have one that really seemed to try to teach rather than yell, quite the anomaly.

What you said.

One of the worst turnover games so far.

D and PK wasn't all that good tonight and that usually is their strong suit

Buch goes to Zibs line and falls off. Kreider plays with Another center in Strome and looks great. Has to be something to the Zib factor this year haha

Yup, at least if he did the safe pass fine, but he is trying these ridiculous cross ice passes

I wonder if Smith and Bittetto argue over who has to play with JJ

Strome factor.

Seriously, Zib is slowly coming along but still not quite right. What else can I say that hasn't been said?

Hire Mike Keenan to call all the players wussys and make them cry until they skate.

Like when he left Kovalev stay on the ice for almost 4 mins or so, refused him to come to the bench.

Smith's first locker room fight of the year.
Bittetto didn't have a strong game either. How spoiled are we with Miller?

Brodzinski is getting his second look with the club. Gautier hasn't given the coach what he's been looking for a number of times now.
Why is it that you think Gautier's minutes are the key to the whole season? Its virtually all you post about.

- Tonybere

2nd look? He’s a 28 year old career AHLer getting put out there as a warm body. He’ll be back in the AHL as soon as someone comes back, how about we give the 23 year old former 1st round pick that’s scored at every level he’s played at more ice time than that guy?

I don't know what to tell you anymore. It's pretty obvious that he isn't giving the coaches what they are asking of him. It has been the same for every other kid since DQ took over. Learn away from the puck, be responsible, be dependable... get promoted.

Definitely didn’t deserve to win that one last night. Too many defensive breakdowns and stupid penalties. Only real positives were how engaged Kreider looked and Mika getting a few points (although he got lucky on the second one IMO, should have shot). Fox continues to look amazing but would love to see him strengthen his shot to bury more of the many chances he gets. Disappointed with Laf, thought he would have came in with some confidence but hardly noticed him at all in 15 minutes.

Wow that was a bad game. Team is depleted. Everyday Panarin isnt here, its + 2 weeks for covid protocol. Its apparent that Zibby is off, he needs a change, maybe he should cut his (frank)ing hair!!I know its a non issue for most but Id like to see more of JG, he cant be any worse than Howden.

So, Gautier can't even figure out how to play the wing well enough to earn his coach's confidence, but now they're supposed to put him at center?
