One of Ek's top sources at the league office has confirmed that (get this!) a lot of players actually wouldn't mind playing in Tampa Bay. You heard it here first.

They have 14 million in expiring contracts, not to mention the contract they lose in the expansion draft.

Unless that offer contains alot of buttons and beach rocks, I don't see how the Leafs fit him under the cap - unless Dubas trades one of the fabulous four which he has maintained he doesn't plan to do.

So why exactly does St. Louis have one of the best alumni group? Yeah Missouri sucks. We only have beautiful landscape a few hours south and clean rivers a plenty and people aren’t bumholes to each other and they leave people to be. We respect privacy

We have the Kuemper Sweeps, the Fleury Frenzy, the Gibson Goldmine, and now the Binnington Bonanza. Where does a young Casey DeSmith fit into this? I wonder if this is the same Toronto source that was 99% certain that Nylander would be traded for one of Philly's d-men? Maybe that's still coming.
