Noted. I went to this brewery/pub in Montreal...(frank) it was good. I wish I remembered...you could see the brewing operation, kinda like Mill Steet but on some little street, near a school I think. I got (frank)ing destroyed wasted off my ass, delicious beers.

No wait, Dieu du Ciel up on Laurier, tiny little corner Pub with Patio outside and probably a dozen tables inside.

Cilantro. Salsa. Vegan pesto.

My cholesterol was borderline and I went more or less pescetarian and rode my bike like a bastard and it dropped to ideal in two months. Restricting saturated fat and eating oatmeal, veggies and fruit, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish sorted me out. Very little dairy or meat. If you love salmon it's actually great. I eat salmon like bear.

YEAH man, North Star! That place was so fun! That idea caught on in Toronto after, the pinball and arcade bars.

The brewbub was somewhere else though. Basically Montreal is a great place to drink your drink, and get all drunk.

Don’t watch the Stanley Tucci in Italy show. I just made a new recipe from that. Spaghetti and zucchini which sounds innocent except for cooking the zucchini in half a cup of olive oil.

Great show if you like Italy. Very cool stuff about the start of pizza.

I'm so into this information, thank you. What about the concerns around salmon in pens having an impact on wild stocks? I'm all for saving the wild, but farmed fish has a bad rep. I should really know more, since I probably eat a small school of salmon every year.
