Good post. I don't think we've seen the total package from Mikey just yet. We were starting to last year before the injury. Defensively, he is light years ahead of Kappy. To me, that area is most vital for this team. Especially in games like the last one against the Habs and last night against the Sens. The coach has trust in him. Why not with that speed. In time, I'll bet the offensive side will take care of itself.

That's a good catch. After the Kerfoot goal, Rielly and Dermott only had 1 more shift. Holl & Muzzin had 5 shifts, Bogo had 4 (one overlapping with Muzzin, who had a longer shift), Brodie 3.

Get the worst teams to pay you MORE as an incentive for them to even sign you . . . then they trade you at the TDL to a real competitor after you've been paid 75% of the salary.

Next year Detroit is going to sign him for $13m.
