Outside of Dobson hard to call some of these other young players rushed. In a Cap world you do need young cheap talent. It's hard to keep young players in the minors like in the past. Lou seems to miss those days.

There seems to be a tipping point with prospects with sheltering them too much or rushing them. A fine line. I’m not saying lameriello or trotz did either or saying they’ve done a bad job with developing young players. I don’t think they’ve been here long enough to really have an opinion on that but I can say they certainly take their time with them which I don’t have an issue with.
