The Yahoo Isles boards for me were from like 1997 through 2007ish? I think that's when we pulled the plug on us? I could be way off on that end date.

Well, so long as he stops in every now and then. Him and FourCups were two guys that had marvelous grasps of the game and how to articulate their thoughts.

I remember getting into it a bunch of times with Kasper. It almost seemed like he hated the Isles at times.

Still the funniest day I ever had on this site. I got almost no work done that day because I kept refreshing and laughing.

I used to visit HF Boards from time to time. I considered heading over there post-Yahoo. They seemed to have some knowledgeable fans there, although maybe not so many who played with NHL guys.

Sometimes people's lives change, so they don't have the free time they once had. Yeah, 4Cups was another one whose posts were worth reading...........and he never played in the NHL!

No idea. That's probably a question for mdw or the Ranger board.

Nobody reported anything. I doubt it. Christ potvin seemed to almost be enjoying the abuse and he was getting the brunt of it

I wouldn’t say I enjoyed it. I did get a kick out of how deep of a hole he was digging for himself and all the poop he was making up about my life.
I really didn’t see the need to defend myself. I don’t know who’s wife he was referring to but if it was mine he was going after he was knocking at the wrong door. I mean, teenagers post those kind of “insults” and I know he’s a grown ass man

I'm guessing it was more about saying stuff about Potvin's family. Also I think he was just coming off a ban so they may have given him more as a repeat offender.
