Hmmm.... Probably more than a couple years ago, because I don't even remember that ref here. Some other refs would make an appearance from time to time, but that one doesn't ring a bell.

The gif I posted was girl you can watch on YouTube with no warning or anything. I think someone was just trying to make a point.

Nobody reported anything. I doubt it. Christ potvin seemed to almost be enjoying the abuse and he was getting the brunt of it

There was one guy in the chat room named George Pace who was relentless in his making fun of the team........not that it didn't deserve it.......this was roughly 2010, 2011, or 2012. There was an Islander employee (2 at one point) who served as moderator, and she was a very nice person. But the team was SO bad! And the chat room only took place during games. You can imagine the commentary....

The Yahoo Isles boards for me were from like 1997 through 2007ish? I think that's when we pulled the plug on us? I could be way off on that end date. It was so abrupt. We had no warning. All those people we had posted with for years and we couldn't even say "hey, go to this site" or "goodbye"
