He definitely hustled and got back but needs to take away the stick. It’s certainly not a lack of effort just needed to be tougher on the stick.

I actually think it’s part of the issue with forwards though, they don’t practice playing defensively often enough but I blame coaching for that.

Ah well, probably 9/10 he makes the steal because he has a ridiculous stick but when you don’t execute it ends up in your net.

Agreed minus the oh well part lol. Do it right, take away the stick, let the puck slide wide and beat Ratchuk to it and move it up ice and create a chance.
