Yeah, keeping Petts is definitely the right move of which $4M LD to keep. - Hockey66
Agreed. Dumo hasn’t been the same since his ankle laceration and if it’s true that this new Injury is an Achilles that won’t help him any. Trade him. Do it. |

MM is stringing together some solid games right now... But I need to see more before getting too carried away - MattStrat
I dont see a whole lot to be worried about regression. Typically, if a bad player happens to be on the ice for a lot of goals for but are still playing badly, you can tell. Matheson is making intelligent plays that are contributing to good shifts. His issue has always being a big (frank)ing idiot and he looked the part before getting hurt, but it looks like he went to Sylvan Learning Center and learned how to read while he was out. He does not look like the low IQ player that came from FL. |

I trade whoever brings back the best return. Someone’s expendable with Matheson playing well and POJ looking the part of a second pairing D man. POJ is the only LD that’s off the table in a trade for me and that’s just because he’s on ELC. |

100%. He’s still gonna have his fair share of giveaways with the nature of his game (like Letang) but there is clearly a lot of talent there and he seems to know how to use it often (unlike JJ) |

Hahaha well here's to hoping it continues. I was telling people to cut him some slack in his first game back from the injury. Thought he was definitely better than what we'd seen so far up that first game back... But didn't think he was as good as I'm currently seeing, either |

I think Dumo may get the better return. Idk depends on the GM I guess. If Doug (frank)ing Murray got two 2nds we can get one 2nd for him lol |

If you say that about enough guys, you’ll eventually be right. Take a bow, you gaucho (frank). You earned it. |

Definitely a good problem to have. I'm good with either Dumo or Petterson going. Actually leaning towards Petterson over Dumo just because I think he will net a bigger return. |

Might have to snag MM in my yahoo fantasy pool.. He's sitting in free agents.. Hmmm. If I start seeing him on top PP I'm pulling trigger on it |

What if they used Tanger in Phil's old spot and put MM on the PP... Took Rust off 1st unit.... |

I’ve noticed they been watching the man in front of the net as well today. Pk is doing well. Pp is getting looks at least. Jarry looking sharp. Hope they can be a little more consistent. |

MM has a cannon, mine as well try it out if we are trying to shoot more on the PP. |

I think they said Pens have killed 9 in a row now... So that's trending in good direction. |

They arent getting any bounces either. Would like to see them shut this third period down. |

Hopefully that gets him going. He's been getting chances but nothing going in for him. It sure looked like he had a weight lifted off him, judging by his reaction. |

If I was Sid that net would be replaced by next game. See if the next one has a post that wants to bounce the puck my way. |

It's not even just his shot, he has the Gonchar like lateral movement. Not comparing him to Gonch people, just saying. |
