I like gamey meats, but something about Venison can turn me off. I'm a big fan of lamb and bison, but I don't find bison that gamey.

I have just under 200 bison on my farm right now. 25 getting loaded up for there last drive tomorrow morning. The best meat there is. Elk and Moose are right close.

I've never had either, but I'd love to try. Bison is delicious though. I love it for chili.

Have you seen the Key & Peele skit where they come up with the different Gremlins that will be in the movie?

It’s not really a “farm” as most would think I guess. It’s pretty much strictly Bison. About 200 Bison, 50 chickens and 6 Donkeys. I can’t really say I run it, it’s just on my property and me and my 2 buddy’s own/operate it all together.
2 large animals you don’t wanna fucck with on foot if they are mad are donkeys and bison. The largest bull (male) in our farm is around 2,500 pounds and he isn’t the nicest fella at the best of times if you get close to him.

I bet a times this season and quickly remember why I don't sports bet.

Do you ever do round robin parlays?

The betting app DC forces me to use doesn’t have that functionality. It’s actually tough to find a parlay they’ll let you do to begin with.

Cool. In New Castle there used to be a drive in theatre and the owners had bison. They sold bison burgers, they were very good.
