We’ve been shrinking for years. Maybe we’re the bumholes? No, it’s the children who are wrong.
- Victoro311

Oh we're definitely the bumholes. But only the ones with the thick skin stick around.

Tomahawk I cooked. Reverse sear, but because of the size of the bone I couldn't get it lay flat the way I needed to get the sear I wanted, but it was amazing and cooked perfect inside.

When all the Murray rumors started, the two teams the media mentioned seriously were Chicago and Ottawa, so I was trying out trades to both teams and you should have seen the reactions. I really should go back to some of those now lol
- Rinosaur

And he ended up in Ottawa, I can see the Sens fans comments now lol

Thanks! Is SPG salt pepper garlic? I did just salt and pepper if that's you meant. I'm not the biggest venison fan, but if it's done right I like it.

I make these smashed potatoes. I get like the smaller yukon gold. i think they're called butter potatoes. I boil them for about ten to fifteen minutes. Basicaly until a fork goes through with a little resistance, but not to the point the potatoes fall apart. I smash them down, baste them with oil and salt then bake until crispy.

I am the same way with beef. We eat deer meat almost exclusively when it comes to red meat.

Yeah salt pepper garlic.

I grew up on venison so I love the gamey taste of it. And it's the back straps so it's the best part.

I still only use hardcore carnivore black unless I'm doing A5 Wagyu then it's just
S&P.

Yeah it's my chick's birthday next month and her dad is Puerto Rican and her mom is Dominican, so every year they cook seafood paella with lobster, crab, scallops, mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo, all kinds of good poop and tostones with garlic sauce on the side. One of my favorite meals every year.

I like gamey meats, but something about Venison can turn me off. I'm a big fan of lamb and bison, but I don't find bison that gamey.
