Let's be realistic and compare apples to apples. Players in the same age bracket, and realistic trades..... - jribout
Find an example There is one player the same age as Marner that is ahead of him in points. So let's back up our statements with some facts please. You basically said Marner is untradeable. I think that's BS. And I would think most on this blog would agree.
Hmmmm yeah when you respond like that, it would appear you're the little child that's become 'triggered' you (frank)ing obsolete sooky beaker baby. Go (frank) yourself. 🤣

its crazy how the Nylanderps will defend Willy to the ends of the earth and point to his points ( riding JT/AM's coattails) for reasoning.
but he does NOTHING else well and if it was any other player they'd call for his head.
admit it derps, you're wrong, and always have been wrong, and always will be wrong about him. - Arctic_AARDVARK
He wins more puck battles than Marner
He stays on his feet more than Marner
He turns the puck over Less than Marner. Marner leads all leaf forwards by the way in turnovers.
Nylander leads Leafs in CF% of players who have played at least 10 games. Marner is 8th.
Marner scores points and does a above average job of killing penalties.
If Nylander rides Matthews/JT''s coat tails than so does Marner.
Is Marner the better player? Yes. Is he 4 million a year better? Debatable.
Is either contract terrible? no. Is either contract amazing? no.
Why can't you just STFU about Nylander for a bit.
If you cannot then quit your whining about Andersen

Less tradeable. Happy? Points are not everything.
Maybe I was exaggerating to act like some of the other imbeciles on here for once. (you are not who I am referring too)

fair enough, I like Marner, he makes mistakes and frustrates the hell out of me with blind back passes but also amazes on a regular basis. He's already very good and will be better IMO.

Hey! I live in London. Been following him since his Jr. Days. I like him too. Not sure he is quite up there with Matthews, Draisaitl, McDavid, Mackinnon... maybe a couple of others. But he is exciting to watch.
