My apologies. You're not hating on them, and I appreciate that. You're just sharing your opinion. That being said, in my humble opinion, your opinion sucks.

A ref'st style also influences the game. The Leafs had so many power plays the other day. Tonight it seemed like there was a bit more clutch and grab allowed. Doesn't suit the Leafs style.

It really did slow them down. Credit to Habs for settling in and playing a well-positioned game after the first though. They didn't give them much room to generate speed, and the clutching helped in that regard.

Yes they get penalty if they are wrong.

It was a high stick, they wouldn't overturn it becuase they aren't very good at doing their jobs.
