MDC looked good but I don’t think he belongs on the 2nd line I would much rather him be on the 3rd line if he can continue to play at this level imo. Probably his best game as an Islander which Im sure has something to do with Beauvillier being close and his spot being in jeopardy. He has to consistently play that way.

MDC has good size so if he keeps up the effort he can be a very useful player. Butchie made a good point about Beau coming back pushing some of the players.

I’ll also add I think the powerplay has probably looked it’s best in years over the last few games. If Nelson can get going and the pp can stay at this level watch out.
