So, not my specialty and I'd be happy to be wrong on this one but if you're in for a read:

https://www.health.harvar...e%20impact%20of%20alcohol.

"The second study, also published in The Lancet, was even bigger. It examined data from hundreds of studies and other sources (including sales of alcohol, home-brewed alcoholic beverage consumption, and even estimates of tourist consumption) in 195 locations. And it analyzed the overall health impact related to alcohol consumption, including death and disability due to automobile accidents, infectious diseases, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. It concluded that the best option for overall health was no drinking at all."

- Takemedrunkimhome

Yeah, I defintiely agree overall alcohol consumption would be more destructive than none, I mean you have people literally shutting down their breathing by excessive drinking. What I mean though is that for men 1-2 drinks a day to a max of 10 per week or so is supposed to be more protective than none. No one in the healthcare field would ever recommend starting to drink though if you currently drink none because the risk of addiction is sufficient that you have the increased risks outlined in the article.

Great blog
The thing is we (fans) have all seen this before it's like "deja vu" the hot start, then slow descent back to earth.
But this time i can admit it felt different, it looked different and the team on paper is pretty deep.
I think Danault is Danault meaning he will never be a big scorer. but even by his standards he has not been good it could be the contract but nobody is scoring right now so it's magnifying that somewhat.
I like your ideas on line combos and i agree Anderson-Suzuki-Drouin line should stay the course its been the most consistent needs a bit more leeway.
I hope they can turn this skid around and get back to that speedy team that was so fun to watch.

P.S I told you those jerseys were cursed.

Thanks what do you think about a Toffoli-KK-Gally line?

I refuse to admit the jerseys are cursed they are way too nice and my Gallagher one is my favourite in a quite extensive collection lol

We will agree to disagree on the jerseys.
I like the idea of the Troffoli-KK-Gally line two speady wingers and Troffoli provides the size Gally the grit. and KK seems to opt to pass more often then not (hope he shoots a little more)
I as well like the idea of the Danault line. all those UFA's fighting for a new contract.

Troffoli is maybe no road runner but he is not what you can call slow.
but gally is pretty fast. no?
Troffoli will have to work at it but i am pretty sure with good hockey IQ he can make it happen.

I would say Toffoli is average, and Gally below average. speedwise that is.
