For grocery store fried chicken, Albertson's used to be good back in the day. But all the Albertson's around here are long gone. Publix is the best still around, mainly because I've never got some from them that weren't fresh. Plus it now comes in an 8 piece family meal as an alternative for their whole rotisserie chicken (also pretty good) meal. Had some back before Christmas and was even able to just get all drumsticks and thighs, plus 2x's their southern potato salad as our sides. Yum.

There are some Church's up near Jax. One even off I-95 near St. Aug. But I don't find myself going up to Jax much these days.

Huge 2 points tonight. Glad to see some real push back in that third period. Maybe when they get back to playing next weekend they’ll have that speed game back.

Fixed it for you.

You don't even have to upgrade to the Boar's Head for it to be good. But the key is making them use fresh bread. I try to get them to use the ones that have just come out of the oven. Too often they try to get away with using the rolls that have been siting out for hours.

We used to have a Jewel T in NJ when I was a youngin. My folks went there to get the cheap stuff that they didn't want to spend more money at the Acme or Pathmark.

I wasn't expecting them to play like they did in the third, they were looking shaky for the most part of the first 2 periods... but they finally showed CHaracter
