I mean they won, so that’s good but it wasn’t an entertaining game.

More entertaining than any game against Montreal or Toronto

I thought it was actually pretty good and intense. Would rather watch that then the Canucks pressuring and giving up 6 odd man rushes a period.

Aquilini sure liked the game . He was pumped after the game.

He pissed off half the fanbase with his Tweets before hand

There was a lot of clogging up the neutral zone. It was effective, but it wasn’t entertaining hockey. I’m glad they won, they were the better team, I’m not convinced (after one win) that the can go 24-13 or whatever though.

Rathbone should be playing games in Utica right now. Then he might be ready next season as well.

No. Haven't you heard? Our prospects suck and Podz will never be top 6 material.

I try to ignore the debbie downers.

At the same time, I do a lot of eyebrow raising to the hype crew.

As long as OJ keeps improving, I liked the hit on Tkachuk.

If FA wants to keep JB, get him some help so he doesn't make any more stupid mistakes.

Given the crazy schedule to start the season, should have been playing low event hockey the entire time.

I still think the will get the fourth spot - other teams will start hitting their tough schedules soon and Canucks need to take advantage of it.

I really don't care if it was boring or not . I am not going to complain about winning a game . It was a text book game keeping the other team to 19 shots most of were not dangerous . One shot allowed on the PK . The scoring will come back with more confidence. I just want the consistency of play.

Being concerned with 'how' we are winning games at this point is ridiculous lol

If a new GM and coach came in and we had a boring defensive structure (but won games) they would be praised as geniuses....

I don't think I buy that as much, unfortunately for the Canucks fortunes.

By the time the other teams hit their "hard" stretches, they'll have played and practiced and be in mid-season form. There won't be the same drop off the Canucks seemingly had at the start of the year – they'll know their systems and be used to each other by then. Sure, they might be a bit more tired, but compared to the start of the season when guys are still gearing up, it won't be as substantial.
