Well I said yesterday the Habs would win if the game stuck to 5 on 5 hockey.

Stats seem to once again confirm this. The Leafs have too much talent for us to compete at 4 on 4 and it showed.

Costly mistakes and lack of finish in the first half killed us.

Kudos to the Leafs though, they're gonna be tough to be beat this year.

Who cares about an asterisk and what others think. Do you think there’s any Leaf Cup win they’ll concede is valid? I thought last year was way more suspect given the delay before the start of the playoffs but I don’t begrudge the Canucks on their great Stanley Cup victory.

At this point, I just want to win the Division, bragging rights in Canada and a trip to the semi’s

They did control the 1st 30 mins from the eye test. It’s a little blurry from a few pints though. 🤣
