So tonight's the first game I've watched since March. It's the longest I've gone without watching Leafs hockey in 25 years that I've watched hockey.

1. Man the fake crowd noises are lame. Like, fuggin' getting 'the talk from your grandpa instead of your parents' cringe.

2. The fact that Dubas is wearing a mask while alone in his booth is also lame. The4 fact that the backup goalie and assorted team staff have to wear masks too is also lame.

3. If this team does manage to win a cup under these circumstances it would be the biggest tragedy. Can you imagine the Leafs winning a cup, especially at home, with absolutely zero fans? No bars packed with fans cheering? No street parties across the country that last at least a couple days, and really illustrate the love for this team so many have? Have you not watched this team long enough to know what a crime that would be?

It wasn't just about the team, the sport etc. It was the fans, us fellow fans. The Leaf fan at the college football game in Alabama wearing a Leafs jersey. The guy lying passed out on a beach in Cape Town being injected with treatment for a poisonous spider bite while wearing a Leafs toque.
