Its not hate, just pointing out the weakness in the Leafs right now. And looking at possible upgrades in that area because the TDL isnt far away.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

You can get a Sony or Samsung for one or two hundred more

my philosphy with tech has been buy cheap, dont get the extended warranty, dont pay for anti-virus, and run it til it doesnt work well anymore and buy a new one..

laptops usually run great for 2-3 years and i pay around $400 for a new one.

Spezza's points per hour is the best on the team. And by all accounts he is a gud pro. Babcock is a psycho piece of poop.

Buy a used ultra high end laptop for dirt cheap (300 bucks) from some idiot and fill it with 125 worth of parts and bobs your uncle you've got a $1500 laptop.

The Leafs PP was the best over the first 10 games in NHL history.

Remember when the Leafs would win but would allow 40 shots? People on here were not even happy with winning because the Leafs were allowing too many shots.

We finally have a team(so far) that is limiting shots at an elite level and we can't give them credit? There is an obvious improvement from the D team wide and we should be grateful after the last decade we had.

It's strange. If I try and contextualize how I feel about yesterday's game: It's like analyzing a preseason game. You're looking for the good and the bad, but it felt almost like the result was inevitable at some point. The Canucks were barely there. For their part I truly hope they were simply fatigued from so many games, and 3 in 4 nights. They looked just terrible.

Because of the Canucks' poor level of engagement, it's sort of weird to assess that game, you know? Like all of us, I'm very happy we won, and I'm also very happy we padded the stats. It just didn't feel very fulfilling because it didn't feel like we even had to compete for the most part - Vancouver just conceded the ice in a lot of areas.

14th in scoring chances against.

Its the NHL, forward vs defence. Sometimes the forwards are going to beat the D and vice versa, its all about limiting those losses and the D has done a good job.

Guy takes a league minimum contract and leaves considerable $$ on the table to come home and try and win a cup for his childhood team and you scratch him for the season opener when he’s one of the best 4th liners for that kind of $$ in the league because you care more about your own ego and sending a message to the GM
