My week is brutal this week. Lost a ton of games to cancellations.

I took a quick look and seen Vegas was cancelled and I got lucky I didn’t take any of the cancelled games from the other teams this week.....yet.

If I'm Calgary and I'm losing Bennett, I'm going to want an NHL ready player who can step in and contribute now. It has to be a hockey trade.

Kerfoot is as close as we have based on cap and need (Calgary has about $800k in room, I think, and Bennett makes about $950k less than Kerfoot). Because Kerfoot has 2 years left after this one, I wouldn't want to eat any salary on the trade - that and Bennett is up as an RFA at the end of the year . .it would be a risky play for Toronto.

I think Calgary could get closer to what they want from someone else.
