We are starting to take bets on who gets fired first as well, Green or Benning

I don’t hate the Korshkov pick, he probably lies in the middle of the 2nd round in terms of prospect value from that draft.

He’s doing very well in Russia, and did not look out of place in his first NHL. If it were a normal season I think we see him as an NHL regular.

I think Marner has a better shot at the Hart Trophy than Auston Matthews does, what about you AxlRose91? As it stands it's once again McDavid or Draisaitl's to lose with the weird divisional play.
- Pacificgem

I'm a huge fan of Marner, so I can get behind that...

...as easily as the Habs got behind the Canucks' defence last night.

I won't dare be that cocky.

4-2 Habs.

Toffoli with 4 goals.

Defence for forwards is not considered in the Hart Trophy race sadly.

I feel bad for Green. He coaches the team outta their mind and when the natural regression occurs, he gets blamed for it.

Also, losing their MVP and goalie, who masked their deficiencies, doesn't help.

I'd 100% get rid of Benning first.

The Habs might lose.

But nothing from what I've seen from the Canucks suggest they are capable of such a blowout.

I agree with the second paragraph.

Still would've been nice to draft him a bit later, though.

As someone that watches A LOT of NBA games ... not just highlights and box scores.. it’s obvious that so many ppl who speak on the game don’t really watch.

We'll never know how good he is until he skates with the big boys. Personally, I think his size will a real asset to this team.

Green likes to employ a run-and-gun style offence, he's part of the problem. The loss of Markstrom is clearly exploiting his lack of defensive systems play.

I'm struggling to think of any over-ager picks drafted in the first few rounds that have amounted to anything.

The pick screamed Mark Hunter trying to draft a player who looked more "NHL ready" than on pedigree.

Habs will win for sure. 7-3 at least. Toffoli with 2 more goals. I wonder if he will be able to score more on teams that are not the Canucks...

Toffoli 30 goal season with 20 against the Canucks, 10 againsnt other teams
