Is that confirmed? That’s not so bad other than having him around the team as a distraction. I thought it was only around $1M in savings since he’s on a one way deal. Hope you’re right, don’t think he will be claimed.

It will be interesting to see what actually comes out about this because players have altercations with teammates and most of the time the team buries it, it almost seems like the team has gone out of their way to blow this situation up and make it much more than it should have been.

At least the ADA distraction helps get the focus off of how bad the goalies have been, how Panarin, Strome, CK20, and Zib are shells of the players they were last year, how flat the team starts every game, and how they don't have any ability to overcome adversity so far this season.
