Is it the case with any current GM? Arizona gave us permission to talk to Chayka just last year. So not every team declines.

Doubt they play the waiting game though, they've said they want their new GM within the next 2-3 weeks. Fitz wont be leaving, he'll be re-upped here

With all these prospects now with the big club, this might be a fun time to track who should be protected in this year's expansion draft. I'm not going to include UFAs and the rookies and players in the 2nd year of their entry-contract are exempt.

He doesnt, theres no restrictions on his contract. Our only NTC are Palms, Goose, and Trav. Trav is a full NTC and Palms/Goose are both 8 team NTC

Nope. Also, PK will be entering the last year of his deal. Seattle has to hit cap floor. I’d leave him unprotected and see what happens.

Yup, looks like they're going to shut the team down until it's over. Pretty ridiculous that they were playing games in the first place but whatever I guess.
