So in this example, it's convenient how? I'm not a fan of Biden. I literally thought he was one of the worst options the Dems could run and frankly think this presidency will be filled with major mistakes and gaffes. None of that changes the fact that Trump and Biden are not liars on a comparable scale and that by using one example of a Biden lie to then imply justification or equivalence of all of Trump's lies is "whataboutism". It's implying that all of Trump's lying that was discussed for years ws acceptable because Biden lied in this situation. The inability to have honest discussions because everybody puts on their jerseys and goes to their corners isn't a good way to have political discourse or legitimate debates
