I once clogged my buddie's toilet at his wood cabin during a -30C day. Had to go get a plunger to his neighbor's shack with a ski-doo to unclog the thing. Didn't feel great about myself that time.

For me it's more milk protein than lactose. The worst is pure whey protein...even if the lactose is removed it's like I just ingested a cactus without chewing it.
