I think when Petey and Hughes find their game it will fix a big part of it.

That said I don't see a big hurry. I want all the young players play lots . This is how you will find out who can play at this level. If they have a horrible year the team would get their high draft pick and Green and Benning would be fired most likely so I don't know why most of these guys are complaining


The teams entire coaching staff need replacing but bring in the right people.

Your star players need to play at their best for sure. Team really isn't "tanking". They do need to learn to play the right way though. Otherwise you will be taking again and again like the Oilers.

I don’t think it’s the losing that’s upsetting people. It’s how they are losing. You can’t be enjoying what you are seeing. It’s not NHL quality hockey.

The fact that he's already being paid anyways. Then you aren't making a rush hire in the middle of the season.

Depends if he thinks new staff will turn it around. Otherwise he may get the axe in the off season. FA didn't give him a life line for buy outs so he's not in the same gift giving mood as the players are this season.

Not sure if some here realize that the call for Green to be replaced has been ongoing for well before this messed up season.
Last season for example, this team was bleeding shots and struggled big time defensively, but some have been fooled by a run in the play-in thingy, others have maintained that this team and the coaching isn't good enough.

I wouldn't listen to Cam Robinson. Two things he doesn't know. hockey IQ and how the NHL game is played.

Boucher I like & Babcock wants his team to play D 1st & he uses dynamic duos on lines with a 3rd wheel.

The D has made many many bad choices this year deciding to pinch . A lot of them have led to goals going the other way. They have been caught out of position a lot.

I don’t listen to him. I make my own call & RHD is a need & LW but I don’t much care for any high in the 1st round. C I’ll always take if BPA. Overall this next draft doesn’t impress me. Beniers I like.
