Regarding Pierre-Luc Dubois trade talks, as of late last night/early this morning: Winnipeg is believed to have the best offer on the table, and #CBJ continue to gauge the market to see if it will be bettered.
Jarmo Kekalainen has made big asks of the teams still involved.

I just rewatched Willy brutal (frank) up on the Draisaitl goal.
It wasnt a bad pass at all, Willy could've used his stick to take the pass, instead he tries to get cute and tries to receive it off his skate but he (frank)s up and it ends up underneath him, making it easy pickin's for Drai.
Brutal.
Edit: It actually was Yamamoto who tried to throw it in front to Drai, but because Nylander has zero defensive tendencies he doesnt protect the puck once he has it, just tried to be too cute.
Brutal.

Willy was the only one in proper position to be honest, it just happened to take a bad bounce off his foot. Rielly and Andersen were more to blame on that one. Rielly gets beat back despite being 4-5 strides ahead of Yamo and Andersen gives it away. On top of that Marner turned it over at the offensives blue line for no reason to start it all.
Nylander takes the blame because he's the last one to touch it and yeah he wasn't expecting Draisatl to be there, but out of those 4 players, he was the least to blame. |
